Duluth News-Tribune (MN) - July 10, 2001 Deceased Name: MIRIAM GARON Miriam Garon, 93, formerly of Duluth died Sunday, July 8, 2001, in Overland Park, Kan. She was born in Lithuania and came to America in 1939. She moved to Duluth in 1942 and married Himan Garon, who preceded her in death in 1988. She was a member of Adas Israel congregation, its Sisterhood and Bnai Brith. She is survived by a daughter, Char Garon of Costa Mesa, Calif.; a son and daughter-in-law, Alvin and Debbie Garon of Overland Park; a grandson, Robert Garon of Overland Park; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Adas Israel Cemetery. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home. Duluth News-Tribune (MN) |
